Payroll Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a meticulous and organized Payroll Officer to manage and administer all aspects of the company’s payroll process. The role involves maintaining accurate employee records, processing payroll for salaried and hourly staff, handling tax and social security submissions, and ensuring compliance with local labor regulations. The ideal candidate will coordinate closely with HR and accounting teams to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements and employee documentation.


Knowledge and Skills:
  • Proven experience in payroll administration, preferably in a similar role
  • Familiarity with payroll and attendance systems, and strong data entry skills
  • Knowledge of Lebanese labor law and regulations related to payroll, tax, and NSSF (including Tarek, Istekhdem, Tasri7, R forms, etc.)
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and reporting
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication skills to address employee queries and internal coordination
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll software
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive employee information
